On October 15, the School invited Mr. Zhu Jiangfeng, Chairman of Qingdao Big Data Technology Development Co., Ltd., to deliver a lecture at the 15th session of the Huangdao Business Forum. Centered on the theme “New Opportunities in the Era of Digital Intelligence: Career Planning from an Enterprise Perspective”, Mr. Zhu shared insights into the background, current status, and trends of digital transformation in enterprises. Drawing from his extensive professional experience, he also reflected on career development and lifelong learning. More than 80 students from Management Science and Engineering attended the event.

Tracing the evolution from the agricultural economy to the digital economy, and from the First to the Fifth Industrial Revolution, Mr. Zhu offered a broad historical perspective on industrial transformation. Using “Digital Haifa” as a vivid case study, he illustrated how digital and intelligent technologies reshape enterprise management and create strategic value. Beyond sharing practical experiences in digital transformation, he also conveyed deep reflections on career growth, inspiring students to think critically about their professional paths in the era of intelligent technologies. During the interactive session, students engaged actively, discussing topics such as AI ethics and social governance in a lively and thought-provoking dialogue.

Concluding his talk, Mr. Zhu encouraged students with the message: “Learning ability is the most important ability—only by cultivating the habit of lifelong learning can we meet all the challenges of the future.”
